(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A second location of American Furniture Warehouse is coming to the east side of Colorado Springs.

The Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (PPRBD) said it issued permits for a 345,000 square foot project near the intersection of North Powers and Dublin Boulevards with access from Tutt Boulevard.

PPRBD said this location will be larger than the existing American Furniture Warehouse off of Fillmore and I-25 and will cost about $45 million. PPRBD added that crews have been moving dirt and prepping the site for several weeks, and with the permit now in place, construction can begin.
