(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said a semi-truck is stuck on the railroad tracks south of downtown Colorado Springs on Thursday, Feb. 29.

Colorado Springs Traffic posted to social media at around 9:15 a.m. that a semi-truck is stuck on railroad tracks at East Las Vegas Street and South Royer Street.

The public is asked to avoid the area while crews work to remove the truck from the tracks.
