(PUEBLO WEST, Colo.) — Some mouth watering news for any fans of Shah’s Kabob & Gyro, as the popular American style gyro restaurant has broken ground on a new Pueblo West location.
Shah’s Kabob & Gyro, which currently has a restaurant on Eagleridge Boulevard in Pueblo, is adding a Pueblo West location to serve up some sizzling offerings to the west side, including gyros, shawarma sandwiches, falafel, burgers, burritos, and more.
Shah’s Kabob and Gyro is owned by Andrew Shah, who is married to FOX21’s own Taylor Bishop. Shah’s was a sponsor of FOX21’s Overtime football coverage in 2023, and catered some delicious gyros for our photographers and journalists who were working nonstop to bring you all the football highlights you could handle. And if you need a recommendation, that food didn’t last long in a hungry newsroom!
Shah’s broke ground in January on its new Pueblo West location, which will be located at 130 Tiffany Drive, southwest of Highway 50 and Purcell Boulevard. The restaurant is expected to be open for business and serving up gyros to Pueblo West by late 2024.
