COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) has reported a traffic accident that is expected to close southbound Powers Boulevard.

At 4 p.m., CSFD said parties are trapped as a result of the crash at Astrozon and Powers and crews are working to shut down southbound Powers. Drivers are encouraged to find alternate routes and avoid the area.
