(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Travelers, be sure to check your flights as several delays and cancelations are listed on the Colorado Springs Aiport’s (COS) website.
While most flights were operating smoothly at COS on Thursday, Nov. 7 dispute the snowstorm that has continued to impact the entire state for several days, on Friday, Nov. 8 several flights were either delayed or canceled.
At last check, just before 12:30 p.m. on Friday, there were eight flights on the arrival list that were delayed and nine that were canceled. For departures, there were four delays and nine canceled flights. FOX21 News has reached out to COS for further updates, which will be included in this article once we receive them.
On Thursday, according to the airport, its snow crews were operating on rotating, 12-hour shifts since Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 5, to ensure operations could run smoothly.
