DENVER (KDVR) — Winning lottery tickets have been purchased all across Colorado, from a $7.8 million jackpot in Wray to a $150,000 ticket purchased at the Denver International Airport.
While the chances of winning big could happen anywhere in the Centennial State, some stores have sold more winning lottery tickets than others — especially one store in Pueblo.
Stores that sold the most winning tickets in Colorado
These Colorado stores are where the most winning tickets were purchased from each lottery since the start of the game.

The highest amount of winning lottery tickets were purchased at a Safeway in Fountain; however, these weren’t necessarily the biggest payouts. Almost a thousand people purchased winning tickets, but the total payout was only a little more than $300,000 – a small amount in lottery terms.
While these stores can’t guarantee the biggest payout in a single ticket, one store has sold the most winning tickets and has given away some of the biggest payouts.
The Winners Corner in Pueblo, which sold the most amount of winning tickets for the Mega Millions, Colorado Lotto +, Lucky for Life, Powerball, Cash 5, and Powerball Double Play, also gave away the biggest payouts for the Colorado Lotto +, Cash 5 and Pick 3 games.
While the top stores for each game are located in southern Colorado, winning lottery tickets have been won throughout the state. The biggest Mega Million payout, with nine winners and over $4 million, was in Denver at the 7-Eleven on South Tower Road, so the chances for a winning ticket could be anywhere.
