Three arrested in Galley Road homicide

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Three men have been arrested in connection to the homicide of 37-year-old Nathan Riley at a home on Galley Road in February.

According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), 43-year-old Brian Baldwin, 55-year-old William Dunnington, and 37-year-old Brandon Bohl were arrested on varying charges, including First and Second Degree Murder, in the death of Riley.

Officers originally responded just before 9:45 a.m. on Feb. 11 to the 3600 block of Galley Road on a report of a suspicious death. When officers arrived, they found Riley dead. The Homicide Unit responded to assume the investigation.

On Feb. 13, a warrant was issued for Baldwin on charges of Second Degree Murder and First Degree Burglary. However, through the course of the investigation, those charges were amended to First Degree Murder and First Degree Burglary. Baldwin was taken into custody on Feb. 14.

Arrest warrants were also issued for Dunnington on Second Degree Murder and First Degree Burglary charges, and for Bohl on First Degree Murder charges. Dunnington was taken into custody on Feb. 13.

Bohl was captured on Feb. 16 by members of the Violent Offender Fugitive Task Force, with help from the El Paso County Sheriff’s SWAT Team. All three men were taken to the El Paso County Jail.
