(COLORADO SPRINGS) — District Attorney Michael Allen is hosting a town hall on Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 6 p.m. talking about the rise in fentanyl-related incidents that have happened in Colorado Springs.

The town hall will be held at Sabin Middle School at 3605 Carefree Circle North near North Academy Boulevard. The DA’s Office said the town hall aims to raise awareness and foster dialogue on the issue.

The event will feature guest speaker Matt Reviere, a parent who lost their child to a fentanyl overdose. According to School District 11 (D11), the town hall will also have attendees with insights into the dangers of fentanyl, signs of overdose, and resources available for prevention and support.

The public is invited to attend the town hall and participate in the event.
