(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Colorado Springs Utilities (Springs Utilities) said crews will be repairing a water main leak on Wednesday, May 21, that will require the closure of a road near Penrose-St. Francis Health Services.

According to Springs Utilities, on Wednesday, at around 8 a.m., a section of northbound North Cascade Avenue between East Jefferson Street and West Monroe Street will close while crews make repairs.

If you are driving in that area on Wednesday, Springs Utilities advises drivers to plan an alternative route to access the hospital and avoid the area if possible.
