Wings of Pride Airshow brings Thunderbirds to Pueblo

(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The world-renowned U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will be coming to Pueblo for the first time in three decades, headlining the annual Wings of Pride Airshow.

On Saturday, Sept. 27, and Sunday, Sept. 28, air show performers will gather at the Pueblo Memorial Airport for the city’s first airshow in 20 years.

Performances include a skydiving show by the U.S. Army Golden Knights, Bob Carlton’s Foxjet sailplane, Jeff Shertterly’s 1945 North American SNJ-6 “Texan,” Mark Smith’s “Slayer” jet funny car, a 1953 Corvette with a J34 engine, Joe Shetterly’s Rv-8, Mini Jet Airshows, and more.
