(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A 39-year-old woman was arrested after impersonating a police officer and pointing a firearm at three men according to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD).
CSPD said on Tuesday, Feb. 13 at around 2 p.m. officers were called to the 400 block of North El Paso Street off of East Boulder Street near downtown Colorado Springs.
Police said 39-year-old Rebecca Prenot-Wright approached three men on the side of the road, identified herself as a police officer, and pointed a firearm at them.
After Prenot-Wright was disarmed, the firearm was found to be a BB gun.
