(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is asking the community to be on the lookout for an at-risk 13-year-old missing from the Stratton Meadows area.
According to CSPD, 13-year-old Sophie Rowe was last seen on Aug. 1 around 2:40 p.m. at the intersection of Rice Drive and Lynn Avenue. CSPD said Sophie is not familiar with the area.

CSPD said Sophie is Hispanic, stands 5’5″ tall, and weighs 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a baggy black t-shirt, baggy gray sweatpants, and black tennis shoes.
