17th Annual Human Trafficking Symposium

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Human Trafficking Task Force of Southern Colorado is hosting its 17th Annual Human Trafficking Symposium on Saturday, Oct. 5.

The Human Trafficking Symposium, which begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday and goes until 12 p.m. will have the theme of: Welcome to Online Safety: Empowering Our Community Against Digital Exploitation.

“Law enforcement and online safety experts will share crucial information on protecting families from traffickers who are on social media and gaming apps,” according to the Task Force.

The event will take place at Boot Barn Hall at Bourbon Brothers, located at 13071 Bass Pro Drive, and FOX21 News Anchor Abbie Burke will be the event’s Emcee.
