(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs St. Patrick’s Day parade is returning for its 40th year on Saturday, March 16.

According to the Colorado Springs St. Patrick’s Day website, the event will be held downtown on Saturday starting around noon. The event will feature a 5K Fun Run, kids scavenger hunt, and sports exhibition along with the largest parade in downtown Colorado Springs.

The parade will begin on the corner of North Tejon and East St. Vrain Streets and will move south along N. Tejon St. to East Vermijo Avenue.

The parade is expected to last around one to one and a half hours.
