(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Josh O’Neill, a Colorado Springs man, will represent Team USA wheelchair rugby in the 2024 Paralympic Games.

O’Neill comes from a long line of racecar drivers, but after his accident, his racing came to a halt.

During his recovery, he was introduced to wheelchair rugby, where he then played collegiately at the University of Arizona.

After nearly a decade of training, O’Neill will finally be repping Team USA on the biggest stage.

He will head out to Paris on Tuesday, Aug. 20.
