Cheyenne Mountain boys hold on 57-47 over Lewis-Palmer

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Both Cheyenne Mountain (14-5) and Lewis-Palmer (11-8) traded blows in the second half before the host Red-Tailed Hawks took control in the fourth quarter of a 57-47 win on Friday night.

Cheyenne Mountain senior Cayden Cooper and sophomore Alex Treglia caught fire from distance to combine for a three-point barrage to extend their lead in crunch time.

The Rangers Will Rinnels fought hard to come back, igniting a scoring run of his own.
