(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce & Visit Pueblo has announced the start of the annual Pueblo Slopper Tour starting on Tuesday, Feb. 18.

Beginning on Tuesday, locals will have the chance to vote online for their favorite Slopper in Pueblo County. Votes for food trucks and restaurants will be accepted and voting closes on Thursday, March 13 at 5 p.m.

On Friday, March 14 the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce will announce the Top 10 Slopper Stops of 2025 on their Facebook pages along with the announcement of the 2025 Slopper Tour Champion.

Each restaurant or food truck that places in the top 10 in the Slopper Tour will get a customized stop sign decal that informs people that they are a Slopper Stop. The winner will get the traveling Slopper Tour trophy to keep for one year.

The Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce said the Friday announcement will kick off the official start of Slopper Week from March 14 to March 21 encouraging the public to dine at their favorite Slopper Stops for seven days.

The public is encouraged to keep their itemized receipts that show proof of purchase of a slopper and can drop it off at the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce at 302 North Santa Fe Avenue for an entry into a drawing for $250 until March 21, the drawn occurs on March 24.
