(FOUNTAIN, Colo.) — The Fountain Police Department (FPD) reported on Wednesday, July 3 that it is dealing with a barricaded suspect situation in the North Main Street area.

According to an FPD X (formerly known as Twitter) post on Wednesday afternoon, officers are dealing with a suspect who has a violent felony warrant in the 300 block of North Main Street area.

A shelter-in-place has been issued for everything 1/4 mile from the address.
