(CUSTER COUNTY, Colo.) — The Custer County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) is currently on the scene of a crash in Wetmore that rendered part of Highway 67 closed.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies are on the scene of a crash two miles north of the intersection of Highway 67 and Highway 96. According to CCSO, deputies are waiting on two helicopters and one ambulance to transport three people.

Deputies said the intersection is closed, and drivers are asked to avoid the area.
