Colorado College remains undefeated after 4-3 OT win

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — On Friday, the Tigers clinched their third Overtime win to extend their record to 7-0-0 for the first time since the 1998-99 season.

Max Burkholder opened the scoring just 3:59 into the contest with a power-play goal, assisted by Klavs Veinbergs and Drew Montgomery.

The game went to overtime thanks to Colorado College captain Stanley Cooley, who scored with 57 seconds remaining in regulation as Mbereko was on the bench in favor of an extra skater.

The captain, Zaccharya Wisdom hit the game winner 1:44 into Overtime to keep the Tigers undefeated.

#8 Colorado College defeated Arizona State 4-3.

The two teams will battle again on Saturday, Nov. 9, at 6 p.m.
