(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Salvation Army hosted its annual block party in Colorado Springs on Friday, Aug. 23, creating a lively atmosphere on its downtown campus.
The first 600 attendees received free In-N-Out burgers, while the community enjoyed food vendors, crafts, a bouncy house, and live music, creating a carnival-like atmosphere.
The Salvation Army offers family services, feeding programs, shelter and supportive housing, and emergency assistance to people of all ages.
