(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) reported that on Saturday, August 3, officers responded to a single motorcycle crash at Galley Road and North Murray Boulevard that led to one person seriously injured.
According to CSPD, when emergency personnel arrived on scene around 2:15 a.m., they found the motorcyclist suffering from serious, life-threatening injuries. The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
CSPD said that the investigation revealed that the motorcyclist was traveling eastbound on Galley approaching Murray when the motorcycle struck cones and an electronic lane closure sign trailer. CSPD said the investigation is still ongoing.
