(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) responded to a disturbance on Tuesday, Jan. 28, in which a man and a woman were allegedly fighting, leading to an arrest assisted by K9 Creed.
According to CSPD, around 8:15 p.m., when officers arrived in the 00 block of Iowa Avenue, near Pikes Peak Avenue and South Union Boulevard, they encountered a man, later identified as Thomas McCarley, and a woman fighting with each other. The man ran from the police so officers set up containment.
CSPD reported that K9 Creed was released and found McCarley as he was hiding. McCarley gave up and was arrested on felony charges.
