(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) reported that on Monday morning, March 17, officers responded to a reported shooting Broadmoor area that left one injured.

According to CSPD, when officers arrived at the location in the area of Arcturus Drive, near Cheyenne Boulevard and South 8th Street around 5:30 a.m., they found a victim and gave the person aid before they were taken to the hospital.

Police are investigating the circumstances around the incident.
