(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said suspects drove a vehicle into two different gun stores and stole firearms in the early morning hours of Wednesday, July 31.
CSPD said on Wednesday at around 4 a.m. officers were called to two different stores, one in the 3500 block of North Carefree Circle off North Academy Boulevard and the 3900 block of Palmer Park Boulevard off North Academy Boulevard. Both stores are gun stores.
Police said the suspects gained access to the businesses by driving a vehicle into the store’s entrance. The suspects were able to steal multiple handguns, and have not yet been located by police, according to CSPD.
