(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) reported around 5 a.m. that a fatal crash at the intersection of East Fountain Boulevard and South Powers Boulevard has closed all lanes of traffic in both directions on Sunday morning, July 13.
According to CSPD, two people were dead at the scene and three were taken to the hospital after the crash; their conditions are unknown at this time.

All lanes of both Powers and Fountain are closed. Fountain is closed from Aeroplaza Drive to Powers. Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes.
