Denver Nuggets coach Michael Malone buys Highlands Ranch house for nearly $7M

DENVER (KDVR) — A Highlands Ranch house that overlooks the mountains with a tennis court and pool in the backyard was on the market until Michael and Jocelyn toured it.

Head coach Michael Malone hit the Denver Nuggets‘ court in 2015 and led the team through their first franchise championship.

The broker, Tina Christensen, said she threw a catered VIP/broker’s open at the Highlands Ranch house. The Malones came about 30 minutes before it started and stayed for a couple of hours.

Later that evening, an offer came in and Christensen said the house sold for $6.8 million.

While the listing is closed, Zillow still shows some of the best features of the house, which include a tennis court, a workout room, a game room and a wine cellar, along with other luxuries like walk-in closets, a heated five-car garage, six beds and nine bathrooms.

The house is among other multimillion-dollar homes on Skydance Drive, which is just outside of Denver.
