(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) said Stage One Fire Restrictions for all incorporated areas of El Paso County have been lifted.

Sheriff Joe Roybal said after a comprehensive assessment of fuel and current weather conditions, Stage One Fire Restrictions will be lifted effect Thursday, Nov. 7 at 1:30 p.m.

“I appreciate the community’s cooperation and diligence in adhering to the previous restrictions, which were crucial in protecting and preventing wildfires in the Pikes Peak region,” wrote Sheriff Roybal.
