(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) reported that on Saturday, Dec. 7, Paul Mynatt, a Lieutenant with EPSO, was arrested by the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) for alleged third-degree assault and harassment, related to domestic violence.
Mynatt has been employed with the Sheriff’s Office since February 2007 and is assigned to the Administrative Services Division.
He is being placed on administrative leave according to EPSO policy while the investigation continues. He was booked into the Teller County Jail and is being held without bond.
