(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) is looking for a 14-year-old girl who was last seen on Wednesday, July 31.

Khelsey Dowd, 14, was last seen at 8 a.m. on July 31 in the 23000 block of Judge Orr Road in the Calhan-Peyton area. The road is near U.S. Highway 24.

Dowd was last seen wearing a pink hoodie and dark pants.
