(COLORADO SPRINGS) — For International Women’s Day on Saturday, March 8, the Women of the World Fashion Show returns to Colorado Springs, and organizers say this year’s show is expected to be the most vibrant yet.
Boss Babe Networking, the organizer for the event, said the fashion show brings a celebration of cultural diversity, strength, and beauty. The 2025 show is set to feature nearly 50 models, doubling the size of last year’s event.
The event is scheduled for March 8 at the Olympic & Paralympic Training Center, with the show beginning at 3:30 p.m.
Special guests include Mrs. America’s Most Beautiful, Mrs. Colorado Patricia Cook-Cox, who also served as the official Model Coach in preparation for the event, Mrs. Earth USA, Catherine Czaja, and United States of America’s Mrs. Kentucky, Erica Hildreth.
The event will open with an International Ceremony with cultural representations from Ukraine, the Philippines, Portugal, Kenya, India, and more. The event will feature local women fashion designers, multicultural performances, and ethnic cuisine for VIP guests prepared by local chefs.
“Women of the World is about giving women a platform to express themselves, to be seen, and celebrated,” said Kristen Faith Sharpe, Founder of Boss Babe Networking. “We are honored to have such special guests fly in for this momentous occasion, a powerful international opening ceremony, and a beautiful cultural tribute that truly showcases the diversity and strength of women everywhere.”
Organizers said that thanks to support from Vectra Bank, the event had the chance to grow its production and provide several scholarships to girls in the community.
