Guns and Hoses City Slicker Rodeo set for Colorado Springs on June 28

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Guns & Hoses City Slicker Rodeo is coming to Colorado Springs Saturday, June 28, and for some, this will be their first rodeo. The rodeo’s contestants will be composed of local law enforcement, first responders, and military teams.

The nonprofit event is taking place at the Norris Penrose Event Center at 6 p.m. Before the rodeo, a Touch A Truck event will take place in the parking lot from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets start at $20, and all proceeds will benefit local charities that support law enforcement, first responders, and the military.

Chris Herman and Todd Natali from the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office joined FOX21 Morning News on Tuesday, June 24, to talk about what the audience can expect. Watch the full interview in the video player above.
