(TELLER COUNTY, Colo.) — On Monday night, Teller County Search and Rescue was called to a high-angle rescue of an injured person, who Teller County Search and Rescue said was well prepared.
Teller County Search and Rescue said they were called to help with a high-angle rescue of an injured person. The person and their party were well prepared for the weather and had all the appropriate gear; unfortunately, said Teller County, one wrong misstep caused a severe knee injury.
Teller County Search and Rescue said thankfully weather stayed south, and in cooperation with Divide Colorado Fire Protection District and Southwest Teller County EMS, they were able to get the subject down safely.
