(CRIPPLE CREEK, Colo.) — The Ice Castles said construction has begun in Cripple Creek and advance tickets are going on sale soon.
According to Ice Castles, Ice Artisans are hard at work growing, harvesting, and placing up to 10,000 icicles each day. The icicles are then fused together and sprayed with water to create a towering frozen fortress, expected to be up to 20 feet tall.
“Guests will be enchanted by a landscape filled with ice slides, tunnels, caverns, and intricate ice sculptures, offering a magical winter experience unlike any other. Every element is designed to immerse visitors in a whimsical, fairy-tale environment,” writes Ice Castles.
Ice Castles said advance tickets go on sale starting Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased on its website.
