(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Lee Spirits Company announced on Monday, March 4 that it would be closing after a decade of serving in Colorado.
“It is with heavy hearts that we share some difficult news. After a decade of dedicated service to the Colorado community, Lee Spirits Company, alongside our beloved tasting room, Brooklyn’s on Boulder Street, will be ceasing operations effective immediately,” wrote Lee Spirits Co.
Lee Spirits Co. was founded over 10 years ago and its founders, Ian and Nick Lee, wrote it has been a source of pride, pouring their passion for crafting premium gin, vodka, and liqueurs.
Brooklyn’s on Boulder Street was said to be Lee Spirits Co.’s testament to its commitment to creating memorable experiences. However, despite the founder’s best efforts, the prolonged impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the ever-changing industry presented challenges they couldn’t overcome.
“To our exceptional employees, your hard work and dedication have been the driving force behind our successes. We cannot thank you enough for your unwavering commitment to excellence,” wrote Lee Spirits Co.
The founders said that while they are bidding farewell to the decade of memories, the legacy of Lee Spirits Co. will continue and they hope to share their passion for craft spirits with the community in the future.
