(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Eleven18 has taken over the spot where Folklore used to be, offering a menu of unique fusion dishes. The new Mexican concept is located up the street from the Tipperary Cocktail Parlor in SoDo, Colorado Springs, and features a partnership between Chef Beto Reyes and Chef Brother Luck that has exceeded expectations.

Eleven18 is open Tuesday to Saturday from 5–10 p.m. Chef Beto’s extensive culinary background is showcased at the restaurant, giving diners a unique taste of Mexico through his creative vision. The menu features dishes such as Poblano Pappardelle with blackened chicken and andouille sausage, Asada Taco with sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, and cilantro, along with desserts like Ube Flan.

The Tipperary Cocktail Parlor is a one-of-a-kind cocktail bar known for its unique cocktails, mocktails, and oysters that are chef-selected from the east and west coasts.
