(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) alleged that minors had threatened victims with a replica gun and took items.

CSPD said on Monday, Aug. 26 at around 10:45 p.m. officers were called to a parking lot in the 700 block of Citadel Drive near East Platte Avenue and North Academy Boulevard for a Robbery with a weapon. Police said it was a personal Robbery where two suspects allegedly threatened victims with a gun and took items.

Police were able to find and identify the suspects a few blocks away. According to CSPD, the suspects were minors who were arrested without incident. A replica handgun was found along with items taken from the robbery.
