(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center will host its first job fair of 2025 on Wednesday, Jan. 29.
The job fair will host more than 30 employers, including Add Staff and Entegris, along with government agencies including the Colorado Springs police and fire departments.
“Employers know that veterans, transitioning military members, and their families have the right mix of skills, discipline, and dedication they need for today’s workforce,” said Jon Dix, director of transition and employment at Mt. Carmel. “We’re looking forward to connecting people to jobs with this hiring fair.”
Each quarter, Mt. Carmel hosts hiring fairs specifically for transitioning military members, veterans, and their adult children aged 18 to 26.
“We have a number of services to help military members leave service and find their next career,” Dix said. “We can provide help with resumes, interview training, building a LinkedIn profile, networking, and translating military skills into civilian jobs.”
The fair will take place on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mt. Carmel Headquarters located at 530 Communication Circle in Colorado Springs.
