New crepe shop opens in Pueblo

(PUEBLO, Colo.) — A new shop has opened in Pueblo, offering delicious fresh crepes from fruity to savory, chocolatey, and everything in between.

Kelly Fuentes and her mother opened Kelly’s Creperie in Pueblo because of their obsession with crepes and the lack of crepe offerings in the city. They said the closest shop they knew of was over an hour away.

So, Fuentes and her mom made it their mission to give back to the community that’s helped them so much by offering delicious, unique crepes. When FOX21 asked her why Kelly’s crepes were the best, she told us it was because of the love they put into making each one.

“Honestly, I think it’s the amount of love we put into them. I know, cliché, but it really is love we put into them,” said Fuentes. “We try our hardest to make sure that they look good, that they’re full, so every bite you have, it’s literally you have something in there. So that be a strawberry or raspberry, meat– like chicken, steak–we make sure every single bite as something in it.”

Kelly’s Creperie is located at 103 S Union Ave., and their business hours are 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Fuentes added that they are working on adding gluten-free options very soon.
