(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A new VASA Fitness location is currently being remodeled in the Briargate area, marking the fourth location in Colorado Springs.

The new fitness club is taking the place of a previous Gold’s Gym at 7655 N. Union Blvd., which a spokesperson from VASA said fits the company’s requirements for size, ceiling height, parking, and more. The majority of the interior will be demolished so that VASA can construct its standard layout.

According to the spokesperson, the new VASA will be approximately 49,000 square feet and will include all of VASA’s premium amenities including STUDIO FLOW, STUDIO RED, STUDIO LFT, performance lifting, a large cardio deck, and it will be the first location in company history to feature a cold plunge tub.

This will be the first Colorado Springs location to feature the brand new STUDIO LFT boutique strength training program that just recently launched in other parts of Colorado as a pilot program and has experienced overwhelming success, the spokesperson said.

The new location is anticipated to open in summer 2025 and will employ approximately 50 people.
