According to Operation Homefront, the school shopping season, which can be overwhelming to any parent, can often come right after a major move for military families while they are facing multiple challenges. The Back-to-School Brigade helps ease financial and emotional stress and helps kids feel confident.

According to Operation Homefront, since 2008, the Back-to-School Brigade has provided nearly 600,000 backpacks to military children and has saved more than $6 million in school expenses for parents across the country.
