PPD looking for missing 3-year-old who might be in COS

(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Pueblo Police Department (PPD) reported a missing child on Tuesday, Aug. 27, and is asking the public for help in locating the missing 3-year-old girl.

Skylar Carroll, 3, was last seen by her grandmother on Friday, July 26. Skylar is described as having blonde hair and green eyes, standing at 2’6” tall, and weighing 20 pounds.

PPD says she is believed to be in Colorado Springs with her mother Monica Paradise.
