(PUEBLO, Colo.) — A local artist is getting kids involved in a new art project celebrating Pueblo’s history. The public art endeavor will start on Saturday, March 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and go through Sunday, March 24 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The project hopes to teach kids about art, business, and community. The mural was designed by local artist, Eric Sarracino, who has painted several other murals around town. The mural will be painted almost entirely by kids and young adults.

Kids, guardians, and parents alike are encouraged to come out to Mitchell Park, 1304 E. 12th St., Pueblo, CO, and help paint. If you have any questions, please call 719-568-7270.
