(PUEBLO, Colo.) — Pueblo law enforcement is taking the “serve” in “serve and protect” to the next level with the “Tip-a-Cop” charity event at Chilli’s on Sunday, July 21.

The Tip-a-Cop event brings deputies from the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office and officers from the Pueblo Police Department together to serve tables from noon to 8 p.m. Proceeds from the tips will aid Special Olympics athletes.

The benefit is being held at the Chili’s restaurant at 5600 North Elizabeth Street, and diners are invited to enjoy being served by Pueblo’s finest while donating to a good cause.
