(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Pueblo Police Department (PPD) announced that they are ramping up their presence during the Colorado State Fair, which takes place at the State Fair Grounds in Pueblo from Friday, August 23, through Monday, Sept. 2.
According to PPD, officers will be patrolling on bicycles and in both marked and unmarked units throughout the area.

PPD said that the department wants its citizens and visitors to enjoy every aspect of the fair and to feel safe while doing so.
