(MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo.) — The City of Manitou Springs said starting on Monday, May 13 the Hiawatha parking lot at 10 Old Mans Trail will have restrictions while crews work on regrading and repaving.

According to Manitou Springs, the Hiawatha parking lot will be worked on in three phases, and work is scheduled for dates that have the lowest occupancy days which are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

The parking lot will be split into three sections, representing each of the phases, and portions of the parking lot that are not being worked on during the specified days will be accessible for parking.

Phase 1 – May 13 and May 14: Seal and Stripe of the East Side

Phase 2 – May 15: Parking Lot Grading

Phase 3 – May 21 and May 22: Seal and Stripe of the West Side
