A southern colorado 4th grader stole the show with his 3rd place finish in the surfing competition. Rocky Stone described his experince, saying, “I only got two chances, so the first chance I stayed on there for like a minute. So I hopped and then you can… turn your board around. But I just did some hops and then there was a huge ramp of water, so then I went up that and then I fell on my back and floated down.”
