(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Snarf’s Sandwiches is opening a second location in Colorado Springs. The sandwich shop is originally from Boulder, Colorado, where they opened their first store in 1996.
In 2022, Snarf’s opened their first location on Colorado Springs’ north side at 7495 N. Academy Blvd. The second Colorado Springs location will be on the south side of town at 1640 S. Nevada Ave., on the corner of S. Nevada and Cheyenne Blvd.

The spot was formerly Ivywild Pharmacy.
“Our current timeline is to open in Q4 this year,” said Helen Wood, Director of Marketing for Snarf’s. “Although that could change slightly based on typical construction factors.”
She also mentioned that they begin hiring several weeks before they open.
“This South Nevada building is a perfect spot,” Wood said. “It’s a unique stand-alone building with lots of character. It’s in a great area of town and at a large intersection, so we think we’ll be pretty busy. We can’t wait to open!”
