(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Resource Exchange (TRE) is hosting a fun, inclusive event for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to come together and celebrate their favorite sports team ahead of the Super Bowl.

According to TRE, the “Gathering Time” event invites young adults with disabilities to come sporting their favorite team’s gear and take part in sports-related arts and crafts in the spirit of the big game.

TRE said Gathering Time is an opportunity for these young adults to be included while connecting with their peers in a safe and welcoming setting while their parents
and caregivers receive vital respite time.

The event will be held from 5 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 7 at Rehab 4 All, 2005 Aeroplaza Drive.
