(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Love is in the air and Tammy York, also known as “The 719 Woman,” is helping to set the scene for romance this Wednesday.

First, she showed FOX21 Morning anchors Craig Coffey and Abbie Burke how to make a Raspberry Bellini and talked about other “mood foods” that can be served.

York then demonstrated how to put together an easy and affordable dessert board using a mix of homemade and purchased items. York said she was able to make 40 pieces of her homemade fudge for less than $5. She also made rum balls and a “chocolate salami” for the board for under $20.

York also shared some recipes for “Heart Healthy Sides,” featuring ingredients like fresh red beets, blueberries, and tomatoes. She used a heart-shaped cookie cutter to add an extra festive twist to her displays. You can find all her recipes at the website linked above.
